Pathologic 2: Surviving the Plague in an Odd Town

Pathologic 2 is a survival horror game that plunges you into a town ravaged by a deadly plague. Set in an open world, the game challenges you to make difficult choices in a collapsing society. You have only 12 days to figure out who killed your father, find your alleged twin sister, and try to make a difference before the time runs out.

The game features an uphill battle where you must manage your bodily functions, offsetting hunger, thirst, exhaustion, and more. Surviving on your own is hard, and you'll have to win over allies to survive. The odds are stacked against you as you fight against an enemy you can't kill - the plague itself, an incorporeal and malevolent entity that you must defeat without having the means to. The fights in the game are short, ungraceful, and vicious, but they don't have to be lethal. You can choose to loot, murder, mug, steal, barter, beg, or not, but you need resources to survive.
